What if an item is sold out?
Many of our collections are limited edition and may not restock. If you see something you love, don't wait! Be sure to sign up for our community emails and follow our Instagram @TheNoBrimCo for restock announcements along with new drops and discounts.
When is your next collection launching?
To be the first to know about new collection drops, exclusive access to sales and other insider treats, sign up for our newsletter. To sign up, scroll to the bottom of this page, enter your email address and submit. We will never sell your info or send spam - just the essentials you want, straight to your inbox.
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 1–3 business days for your order to ship. This may extend slightly during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Unfortunately, during the holiday season surge USPS and other postal carriers may experience delays that we cannot prevent here at NoBrim Co. but we are happy to assist you with tracking a package should you not receive it within the expected delivery dates.
My package is missing, but the tracking number you sent me says delivered!
Oh no! You may report a missing package with USPS via their Missing Mail Form. We unfortunately will not have any further information on the package after its marked delivery, but please be sure to also check your mailbox and surrounding mail areas should you not see it after delivery. (Our hats are small and are often stored safely in your mailbox from your postal deliveryman!)
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we are only able to ship to the United States. We are hoping to expand the NoBrim Co community in 2026 thanks to your support of our small American-owned and operated business!
How can I update or correct an address on my order?
We’re unable to make changes to orders once they’ve been placed - this includes address updates, quantity adjustments, and size changes. If you need to modify anything, please contact customer service at support@nobrimco.com within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will do all we can to see if an adjustment can be made to cancel and replace your original order.
What is Your Return And Exchange Policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items are not eligible. Please see our Return Policy page on the bottom of this page should you need more information.
What If an item In my order comes damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team at support@nobrimco.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and a few photos of the issue so we can take a closer look. We’ll make it right and get things sorted for you as quickly as possible.
How do I know what size to order?
For sized products, to ensure the best fit, please refer to the Size Guide located on the product page. Each style includes detailed measurements to help you choose with confidence.
How can I inquire about a partnership or collaboration with NoBrim Co?
We appreciate your interest in partnering with us! To explore potential partnerships, please send your request to support@nobrimco.com and our partnership team will review each request personally. Our team evaluates each proposal, and if an opportunity is seen, they will reach out directly to discuss further details. Please only send partnership inquiries with contact information, social links, website links, and media packages. Please do not send inquiries via DM on social media as they may be missed.
