Your USPS tracking number will be sent to you via email and/or SMS once it is available, typically within 2-3 of placing an order. How do I return or exchange my order? |
You may start your return or exchange by requesting a prepaid shipping label here. Your request will be approved within 1 business day and you will receive your shipping label along with return/exchange instructions via email. |
How do I cancel or edit my order? |
Requests to cancel or change your order must be made within 2 hours of the order being placed. In your message please include the order # and/or email address associated with the order and the change you would like to make. If you provided an incorrect shipping address please include the correct address in your initial message. |
