Shipping policy

Currently we are only able to offer shipping to our U.S. customers. 

Some orders of multiple items may be shipped separately. If this is the case, you will receive two packages.

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Depending on the final destination, shipping generally takes 2-3 days. 

For tracked shipments, the USPS tracking number will be provided to you via email (or SMS) within 2 days of shipment.

Please confirm your address is correct and complete at checkout.

Should there be an error with your order, please reach out to us via email with any corrections within 2 hours of purchase, so we will be able to make any corrections due to error on time before shipping your NoBrim to you. All cancellation requests must be made within the same 2 hour window. 

PLEASE NOTE: USPS often experiences shipping surges during holidays, which may result in delays with postal office delivery times in some cases, which we are unfortunately unable to control. It is advised to choose tracked shipping during peak seasons.
