Don't like your hat? No hard feelings. We offer free returns for 14 days! All you need to do is ship your NoBrim back to us and we will handle the rest. To get started visit the "Start a Return" page.
All unworn and unused items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Our returns address is: NoBrim Co., 611 E 11th St 1A, New York NY 10009.
Returns are inspected and processed within 7 days of reception. Please note that customers are responsible for shipment of returns; please share your tracking number to confirm your return to our returns team at support@nobrimcom.
Once your return is accepted and processed you will receive an email from us confirming your refund. At this time, the status of your refund is wholly dependent on your financial institution. Typically the refunded amount is reflected in one's bank account within 2-5 business days.

If you received a defective or damaged item and would like a replacement in place of a refund please email us so we can make it right to help you with an exchange. Please include images of the damage or defect.
